Professional Conduct
Users should:
- communicate respectfully and professionally;
- provide accurate and truthful information;
- maintain ethical interactions with other users; and
- use the Platform for legitimate professional opportunities and collaboration.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
Users may not:
- impersonate another person or company;
- publish misleading, fraudulent, or fake opportunities;
- upload malicious files, harmful code, or unsafe content;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users;
- post discriminatory, hateful, illegal, or harmful content;
- misuse profile information obtained through StackGrade;
- scrape, copy, or harvest Platform data without authorization;
- use StackGrade for spam or unsolicited advertising;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; or
- interfere with Platform security or infrastructure.
Professional Opportunities
Recruiters, companies, and project owners are responsible for ensuring that:
- opportunities are legitimate;
- information presented to users is accurate;
- compensation and expectations are not intentionally misleading; and
- hiring-related activities comply with applicable laws.
Public Information
Users are responsible for the information they voluntarily choose to make visible within StackGrade, including:
- resumes/CVs;
- email addresses;
- WhatsApp numbers;
- portfolio links; and
- external contact information.
Users should carefully evaluate what information they choose to share publicly.
Enforcement
StackGrade reserves the right to:
- remove content;
- restrict visibility;
- suspend accounts; or
- permanently terminate access
for users who violate these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws.

Users may report abuse, fraudulent opportunities, suspicious activity, or violations of these Guidelines through future in-app reporting tools or by contacting:
